The tasks include accurate computer-supported production of designs, drawings and related professional, technical documents. A technical drawer is mainly employed in a drawing or construction office.

Training Content:
- Principles of Technical Drawing
- Production of designs and drawings
- Technical-related calculations (solids, angles, tolerances)
- Creation of bills of materials and production documentation
- CAD-Training
- Use of DIN and professional standards
- Reading and usage of technical documents
- Production of components and installation in assembly groups
- Principles of electronic engineering

Vocational College:
Training-supportive teaching 1 1/2 days per week

Intermediate Examination:
At the end of the 3rd training half-year, the theoretical knowledge and the practical skills are tested within a given time limit.

Final Examination: :
Written knowledge test in the studied subjects, verbal and practical skills examination in front of an examination committee of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in a neutral location.
