Training Duration:
3 1/2 years

School Education:
Middle School, Business School, Professional College

Training Content:
The following knowledge and skills are imparted:
1. Materials Management: Purchasing, receipt of goods, inventory and
    administration of raw and auxiliary materials and supplies
2. Production: Production possibilities, production planning, production
    control and dispatching
3. Personnel: Personnel administration, wages and salary calculation
    procedures, industrial law, accident prevention
4. Distributive Trades: Marketing, sales and shipping procedures,
    advertising
5. Accountancy: Bookkeeping, payment transactions, cost and
    activity accounting
6. IT: Cross-department application of IT and PC-programmes

Vocational College:
Training-supportive teaching 1 1/2 days per week

Intermediate Examination:
After about 1 1/2 years the training level is tested by the vocational college on behalf of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in
- Materials management and purchasing
- Receipt of goods, inventory and inventory administration
- Production management, auditing, and commercial calculations
- Vocational training and industrial safety

Final Examination: :
Written examination in the studied subjects, verbal and practical test in front of an examination committee of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Internal Company Training:
Supporting courses and seminars. Provision of Training: cross-department knowledge, e.g. data processing. Telephone seminars, product training, participation in the junior company

Internal Company Training Offer:
Wide range of further training course for trainees and employees
